Created with the goal of restoring North Carolina's reputation as a beacon of The South, Compass is an award-winning consulting firm focused on helping to further causes, and elect candidates who are committed to ensuring good government for the people of our state. Our mission is simple: supporting causes that matter. We’re dedicated to electing candidates who are committed to returning our state to common-sense policies that help working families, keep our promises to our seniors, ensure all children have access to great schools, and protect our natural resources for generations to come. We help campaigns and organizations succeed by creating and implementing plans that ensure resources are spent wisely and effectively. We are not your typical consulting firm. We maintain strong standards and principals, and we are highly focused on what we do - electing great candidates and furthering issues that matter to the people or our state.

We understand that every campaign is unique and through analyzing the specifics of each campaign and district, we can help formulate a winning campaign strategy. We can add capacity to campaigns that need assistance. Services include:
–Fundraising
Money is the lifeblood of any winning campaign. Our team is able to help ensure that your fundraising plans are optimized and executed efficiently using multiple sources and tactics. We also help campaigns plan and execute successful fundraising events.
–Mail, media, digital, polling
At the end of the day, your candidate or your issue is your product. We can help ensure that, with the dollars you have, your message is on point and targeted to reach the right audiences, with the best mediums, in order to win. We can also provide photo shoots, web content, and video creation.
–Issue Advocacy
With a strong background in grassroots issue advocacy, our team can develop and execute effective strategies that build coalitions, motivate targeted individuals, and make the difference in order to win on important issues.
–Field
Close campaigns are won and lost in the field. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver large-scale results on the ground in-district. Through targeted door-to-door canvassing and phone banking, we can deliver your message directly to the voters who will decide your election.

History
Formed in 2016, Compass Campaign Strategies was launched by Drew Ball with the goal of adding capacity to a highly competitive Congressional Primary. Within weeks of forming, Compass Campaign Strategies ran a paid field program that was able to knock nearly 10,000 door in the final week of the election.
Compass is now focused on ensuring access to the ballot box and ensuring local governments have the resources and capacity they need to succeed. We remain committed to protecting our state's reputation, and more importantly, North Carolina families and our shared future.
